ForgeSecure, a company part of Grupo Nexway, with address in Madrid, Spain, is the data controller of the user's personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

2. Purpose of processing

Personal data collected through the contact form will be processed for the purpose of managing information requests and/or inquiries made by users, as well as for sending commercial communications about our services, provided that the user has given express consent.

Personal data will be kept for as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations. Once the purpose for which they were collected has been fulfilled, the data will be blocked for the legally established periods.

ForgeSecure has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security and integrity of personal data, as well as to prevent their alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access.

8. Complaints

If you consider that the processing of your personal data violates regulations, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
